SunPlus, the remanufacturing division of Sundance Forest Industries Ltd., commenced operation in 1996. SunPlus' 80,000 square foot facility was designed to manufacture high quality, value-added products for North American specialty markets, the Japanese housing industry, and worldwide furniture manufacturers. SunPlus employs 85 people and has a production capacity of 110 million board feet annually.
SunPlus manufacturing capabilities include moulders, fingerjointer, optimizing chopsaw, precision trimsaw, resaw breakdown, and endmatch profiling. This facility also has 22,000 sq. ft. of covered storage and a two bay container loading dock.SunPlus has the ability to produce a wide range of custom patterns and grades to customer specifications.
